MTBSA 2025 Fall Softball Registration Eligibility Guidelines

8U In-House- designed for ages 6-8. Players will begin with a series of clinics and practices then play a few games versus other LANCO youth teams with a fall 8U program (not all do).

Travel Teams (10U, 12U, 14U) will play competitive softball against teams in the LANCO Youth Softball League.  Teams will practice one or two weeknight(s) - TBD and doubleheaders on weekends (Saturday or Sunday - historically starting at 1pm).   MTBSA has no control over the weekend game schedules, as they are established by the league.  Travel teams should not be confused with weekend tournament teams.

The number of teams and roster placement will be determined by the number of registrants.   Head coach will announce team assignments and practice dates.

Fall Softball season starts at the beginning of September and ends mid-to-late October.   There are no playoffs after the regular fall ball season ends.      

Uniforms will consist of a MTBSA supplied team shirt and socks. Players will be required to supply their own grey pants.

Players and parents will be required to review and sign the "code of conduct" commitment and Medical/Photography release form.
